Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- A product is received in a defective condition, and the defect is reported within 7 days of delivery.
- A service was not provided as promised or as agreed upon in writing or via authorized confirmation.

Please note: Refunds are not provided for:
- Digital or intangible services that have been delivered as promised and with client authorization.
- One-time professional engagements that are confirmed through written, verbal, or electronic consent.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund review:

2. Provide proof of payment and a detailed description of the concern.
3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks for fully authorized services may be contested and may result in additional fees or denial of future services. We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns promptly.
